This program was set up to help the ad specialty sales rep without equipment sell apparel by using his or her local decorators. The goods are ordered from the blank wholesaler or manufacturer and drop shipped to the decorator. The local decorator prints or embroiders the garments and the rep delivers on time and on budget. YOU can profit by being both the decorator AND the rep. Your cut as the rep is 65% of profit (paid IN ADVANCE) and your profit as the decorator is your standard contract decorating mark up. Kaeser & Blair will pay your invoice as the vendor in 30 days (and they ALWAYS pay their bills!) Here's an example:

You have an order for 200 white T-shirts, 2 color front, one color back.
• You sell the customer for $6 each plus screens.
• You print the shirts and cover your costs plus a profit, say you charge $1.50 + screens.
• Cost of shirts are about 1.50 each with shipping
• $1.50 for goods + $1.50 for your printing charge = $3.00 in costs and $3.00 in profit. 200 shirts x $3 profit equals $600. with a 65% commission, YOU make $390. You should be profiting on the decorating charge as well.

Remember, this $390 is ADVANCED to you before you even deliver. You can choose direct deposit and get paid within 48 hours or your checks will be mailed every Wednesday. Also remember, you don’t have a bill to pay for the blanks and you don’t have to wait for the customer to pay you. This is your money. Kaeser and Blair is going to pay for the blanks and bill your customer. You can do the same with embroidery.
